Our Puppy Training Course is designed to give you and your puppy the very best start in life together. Using kind, positive, reward-based methods, we help you build strong foundations, confidence and a happy relationship from the very beginning.

Whether you’re welcoming your first puppy or adding a new member to your family, our supportive classes will guide you every step of the way.

What this course covers.

​

During this course, you will learn how to teach your puppy essential life skills, understand their behaviour and encourage polite, calm manners at home and out in the world.

​

We will cover:

​

• Sit and Down (belly on the floor)

• Stay and Wait

• Walking on a loose lead

• Reliable Recall (coming back when called)

• Drop / Give (letting go of objects)

• Leave it (ignoring items on the floor)

• Reducing mouthing and biting

• Calm greetings with other Dogs and People.​

• Appropriate play and games

• Puppy proprioception and body awareness

Understanding your puppy.

​

We don’t just teach commands, we help you understand your puppy!

You will learn:

• How your puppy learns best

• Breed type traits and natural instincts

• How to motivate and engage your puppy

• Positive Training techniques that really work

• How to prevent common behaviour problems

This knowledge gives you the confidence to continue training long after the course ends.

Small, Supportive Classes.

To make sure every puppy and owner gets the support they need, our classes are limited to just 6 puppies per course.

This allows time for:
