How do I book a session?
All bookings are made online. Choose your preferred date & time, then complete payment to secure your slot.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
If you create an account with us, you can make amendments to your bookings online. We asked for 48 hrs notice of cancellation and 24 hrs notice for rescheduling.
Is the field fully secure?
Yes, the field is enclosed with 2 metre high fencing with rabbit fencing along the bottom to make it safe for small dogs too.
How long is a session?
Sessions last 60 or 30 minutes, depending on your choosing.
How many dogs can I bring?
You may bring up to 10 dogs per booking.
How do I access the field?
You'll receive a code via email 1 hour before your booking time, please ensure you check this before you leave your home as we have limited signal at the field. If you don't receive your code, please call us on 07852961822 or email - ewelmedogfield@gmail.com
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes before your booking time. DO NOT get out of your vehicle until the previous customer has left the field. It is not fair to arrive early and stand at the gate with your dog, this puts pressure on the customer using the field and they may also have a reactive dog. Please respect this rule as we want every one - including you - to have a relaxed experience.
Do I need to clean up after my dog?
Yes - all owners must pick up after their dogs and use the waste bins provided. We provide poo bags incase you forget and hand sanitiser in the shelter!
Are reactive or nervous dogs allowed?
Absolutely! This field is exclusive hire, meaning your reactive dog can enjoy off lead time without distractions and the potential of stress.
Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
Yes, dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health.
Do sessions go ahead in bad weather?
Yes! We live in England and sometimes the weather isn't great but our dogs still need exercise. In the rare event that we make the decision to close the field for any reason, customers will be notified.
Are children allowed in the field?
Yes of course! Children must be supervised at all times and are not to climb on the field equipment, these are for dogs only.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is a designated waiting area for before your session and parking space on hard-standing, inside the field!
Is there water for dogs?
Yes of course! Water is available from our bowser. Please ensure you turn the tap off after use.
