Join us at Ewelme Down Farm for a festive day out for dogs and their owners.

Our Christmas Dog Show & Festive Dog Day will bring together plenty of Christmas fun, dog-friendly activities, local trainers and canine professionals, festive food and drink, and lots of opportunities to get involved.

Whether you want to enter the dog show, have a go at some activities, meet local dog professionals or simply enjoy a festive day out with your dog, everyone is welcome.

Christmas Dog Show

Our fun Christmas dog show will include a wide range of classes suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and breeds.

• Best Dressed Dog & Owner

This is a fun, friendly dog show, so you certainly don’t need any previous showing experience to join in.

Dress for Christmas!

Dogs and their humans are encouraged to get into the Christmas spirit.

Christmas jumpers, festive costumes and matching dog-and-owner outfits are all very welcome — the more festive, the better!

Have-a-Go Activities

There will be plenty to do throughout the day, including fun have-a-go agility and other dog activities.

These are designed to be relaxed and enjoyable, giving you the chance to try something different with your dog without the pressure of a competition.

Meet Dog Trainers & Canine Professionals

Throughout the event you’ll also have the opportunity to meet independent dog trainers and other local canine professionals.

Come along, have a chat, discover different services and activities, and find out more about the support available for you and your dog.

There may also be demonstrations and opportunities to try different training activities during the day.

Christmas Photo Booths

Make sure you stop by our festive photo areas and get a Christmas photo with your dog.

We’ll have Christmas-themed photo spots around the event, perfect for capturing a festive memory — and Christmas costumes are very much encouraged!

Christmas Orchard Walk

Our orchard will be open during the event for visitors and their dogs to enjoy a relaxed countryside walk.

It’s the perfect opportunity to take a break from the busier activities, stretch your legs and let your dog enjoy a good sniff around.

Festive Food & Drink

It wouldn’t be Christmas without something warm and festive.

We’ll have seasonal refreshments available during the day, including:

• Mulled wine

• Mince pies

• Hot drinks

• Festive treats

A Christmas Day Out for Dogs

You don’t have to enter the dog show to come along.

You’re welcome to visit, enjoy the atmosphere, explore the activities, meet our trainers and dog professionals, take a Christmas photo, enjoy a walk through the orchard and spend a festive day at Ewelme with your dog.
