By booking or using Ewelme Dog Field, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before entering the field.

 

 

1. General Use

 

 

• Access to Ewelme Dog Field is strictly by booking only.

• All persons and dogs entering the field do so entirely at their own risk.

• Owners are responsible for the safety, control, and behaviour of their dogs at all times.

2. Liability

 

 

• Ewelme Dog Field and its owners accept no responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, or loss sustained by any person or dog while using the field.

• All equipment provided is for canine use only. It must not be used, climbed on, or played with by children or adults.

• Children may attend but must be supervised at all times. Ewelme Dog Field accepts no responsibility for the safety of children.

• Owners are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or their dogs.

3. Theft, Damage & Conduct

 

 

• Any theft, damage, or vandalism to the field, gates, fencing, or equipment will result in prosecution.

• Users must ensure the gate is closed and secured on entry and exit.

• Please respect the field, equipment, and neighbouring properties.

4. Dogs & Safety

 

 

• Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and worming/flea treatments.

• No dogs with contagious illnesses are permitted.

• Aggressive dogs must be muzzled if necessary and under strict control.

• Owners must clean up after their dogs. Waste bins are provided.

5. Vehicles & Personal Belongings

 

 

• Vehicles and personal property are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

• Ewelme Dog Field accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

 

 

 

6. Booking & Cancellations

 

 

• Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent.

• Refunds are not given unless cancellation is made in line with our policy (see booking system).

 

 

 

7. Agreement

 

 

By booking and/or entering Ewelme Dog Field, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
